Hydraulic pipe installation is a major project of hydraulic system equipment installation. The quality of pipeline installation is one of the key factors affecting the working performance of hydraulic system.

4. Pipes with an outside diameter less than 30mm can be cold-bent. Pipe diameter of 30 ~ 50mm can be cold bending or hot bending method. When the outer diameter of the pipe is more than 50mm, hot bending method is generally adopted.
5. When hydraulic pipeline adopts butt welding, the inner wall of weld must be 0.3 ~ 0.5mm higher than that of the pipeline. Do not allow the phenomenon of concave into the inner wall. After welding, use file or hand wheel to smooth the high weld in the inner wall. Remove welding slag and burr to achieve smooth and clean degree.
6. During the whole welding process, the attack of wind, rain and snow shall be prevented. After pipe welding, the weld with a wall thickness of less than 5mm shall be cooled naturally at room temperature, and forced cooling shall not be used by strong wind or water pouring. Choose according to the ambient temperature used.
In the machine with high ambient temperature or close to the heat source, the oil with high viscosity-temperature property (the viscosity of oil changes with temperature, that is, viscosity-temperature property) or inflammable oil should be preferred. In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the hydraulic system under bad working conditions, oils with good properties such as viscosity-temperature characteristics, thermal stability, lubricity and anticorrosion should be selected. Hydraulic systems are optimized for applications such as truck operation in harsh environments, heavy lifting for extended periods of time, and other applications where high performance and quality products are required.
Thus produced a very multifunctional platform, the use of standard components, can respond to the market demand for most of the application conditions, is the customer's hydraulic components inventory to the minimum, but also greatly reduce the non-standard design workload.
