How to solve the problem of high noise in the operation of hydraulic station. The noise from the oil pump has two aspects: external factors and internal factors.

External factors:

A. The oil suction port of the oil pump is not tightly sealed, which causes air intrusion. Tighten the intake nut.

B. Insufficient oil in the oil pool. Oil above the oil line.

C. Too large oil viscosity increases the flow resistance. Replace the oil with a suitable, less viscous one.

D. The suction pipe invades the oil pool too little. Insert the suction pipe into the tank at 2/3 of the height.

E. The filter is clogged with dirt. Dirt attached to the filter must be removed.

Internal factors:

The flow rate of the oil pump is pulsating, and the flow rate and pressure in each working oil chamber change periodically, so the radial and axial clearance of the oil pump increases due to wear, and the leakage of the high-pressure chamber to the low-pressure chamber repeatedly causes the pressure fluctuation and the noise caused by insufficient oil amount. The same gear pump gear shape accuracy is not high; The blade of the blade pump is stuck, broken or poorly matched; The plunger of the plunger pump is stuck or does not move flexibly; Pump needle roller, rolling bearing damage will cause noise.

1. In this case, the repair of the oil pump is relatively delicate and needs professional staff to correct and adjust it. Usually, the maintenance time can be shortened by replacing the oil pump on site.

2. The pipelines are not fixed with pipe clamps and overlap together, causing the inlet and return pipelines to collide with each other, or the suction and return pipelines are too close to each other to cause noise. At this time, a certain distance should be kept as far as possible between the suction and return pipelines.

3. In other aspects, such as the oil pump and motor coupling are not coaxially or loose or collide; Motor bearing damage, fan imbalance, etc. may produce noise. These need to be adjusted in time by maintenance personnel.
