1, from the power source - pump to consider, considering the actuator working conditions of diversification, sometimes the system needs large flow, low pressure; Sometimes it requires low flow and high pressure. Therefore, it is advisable to choose the variable pump with limited pressure, because the flow of this type of pump varies with the pressure of the system. When the system pressure is reduced, the flow rate is relatively large, which can meet the fast travel of the actuator. When the system pressure increases, the flow decreases accordingly, which can meet the working stroke of the actuator. This can not only meet the working requirements of the actuator, but also make the power consumption more reasonable.
2, if the actuator has the requirement of speed regulation, so in the selection of speed regulation loop, not only to meet the requirement of speed regulation, but also to minimize power loss. The main common speed regulating circuit is: throttle control circuit, volume control circuit, volume throttle control circuit. The power loss of the throttle control loop is large and the low speed stability is good. The volume-regulating loop has neither overflow loss nor throttling loss, high efficiency, but low speed stability is poor. If you want to meet the requirements of two aspects at the same time, can use differential pressure variable pump and throttle valve composed of volume throttling speed regulation loop, and the throttle valve at both ends of the pressure difference as small as possible, in order to reduce the pressure loss.
3, when the hydraulic oil flow through various hydraulic valves, there is inevitable pressure loss and flow loss, this part of the energy loss in the total energy loss accounts for a large proportion. Therefore, reasonable selection of hydraulic pressure, pressure adjustment of the pressure valve is also an important aspect to reduce power loss. The flow valve is selected according to the flow adjustment range in the system and ensures that the minimum stable flow can meet the requirements of use. The pressure of the pressure valve should be as low as possible under the condition that it meets the normal work of the hydraulic equipment.
4. Correctly select hydraulic oil for hydraulic system. When the hydraulic oil flows in the pipeline, it will show viscosity, and when the viscosity is too high, it will produce greater internal friction, resulting in oil heating, while increasing the resistance of oil flow. When the viscosity is too low, it is easy to cause leakage, which will reduce the volume efficiency of the hydraulic system. Therefore, the oil with suitable viscosity and good viscosity-temperature characteristics is generally selected. In addition, when the oil flows in the pipeline, there are also along the pressure loss and local pressure loss, so when designing the pipeline, try to shorten the pipeline and reduce the bend pipe.
