Solution of hydraulic system leakage measures

I. Solutions to design and manufacturing defects:

1, the selection of hydraulic components often in the hydraulic system leakage plays a decisive influence. In the selection and improvement of the product in line with the good selection of the best, the best selection of cheap principle.

2. Reasonable design of mounting surface and sealing surface: radial scratches shall not be allowed on the surface, and the pretightening force of the connecting screw shall be large enough to prevent surface separation.

5. Control oil temperature to prevent deterioration of sealing parts: 1. High oil temperature of sealing parts will shorten the service life. 2, the use of oil and seal material compatibility is not reasonable.
