Before the hydraulic station is used for the first time, all valves, oil pipes and oil tanks shall be cleaned thoroughly. The oil pipes shall be cleaned by pickling method. In the process of work to often check the wear of various valves, pumps and other components, regularly replace the seals, seals can not have burrs, flying. Oil temperature should be controlled within 65℃. The oil in the hydraulic station must be replaced regularly. If a large number of bubbles are found in the oil level during use, or the oil is dirty, the oil should be replaced immediately.

Hydraulic station oil from the actual needs, to consider the viscosity of hydraulic oil, neither too large, nor too small. Excessive viscosity, large internal friction resistance, small fluidity, poor heat dissipation, difficulty in starting, high power consumption, will also accelerate wear, easy to cause system heating; If the viscosity is too small, leakage will occur and reduce the working pressure.

In actual use, the oil with appropriate viscosity should be selected according to the type of oil pump selected by the system. The oil pump is applicable to the recommended viscosity of hydraulic oil. If there is air in the hydraulic system, it will affect the normal operation of the system. No air is allowed from the hydraulic station to the oil pipe connected to the disc brake and the brake cylinder. When filling the brake cylinder for the first time after installation, the oil pressure should not be too high. Before filling the oil, the exhaust screw plugs on all cylinders should be prepared to operate for a certain period of time, and there may be a small amount of air intrusion. Therefore, when it is found that the release time is long, exhaust should be carried out. When all the hydraulic stations stop working and start working again, the oil pump motor should be opened first, and then the relief valve electromagnet should be energized, otherwise there will be air squeezed into the oil cylinder.
