The selection of hydraulic lifting column should be targeted

As a common public facility, elevator column plays an important role in our daily life. It is suitable for vehicle access control places with large traffic flow and medium safety requirements. It can be widely used in Banks, government offices, r&d centers, power stations, expressways, industrial parks, high-end villas, high-end office buildings, luxury stores, pedestrian streets and other places.

1. In view of the chaos of the current lifting column types, various styles have been extended, whose main categories are:

1. Pneumatic automatic lift column: air is used as driving medium to drive the rise and fall of the cylinder through the external pneumatic power unit.

2. Hydraulic automatic lifting column: hydraulic oil is used as driving medium. There are two modes of control, namely the external hydraulic power unit (the drive part is separated from the cylinder) or the internal hydraulic power unit (the drive part is placed inside the cylinder) to drive the cylinder up and down.

3. Electromechanical automatic lifting: the lifting of the cylinder is driven by the motor built into the cylinder.

4. Semi-automatic lifting column: the rising process is driven by the power unit built into the column body, and the descending process is completed by manpower. Lifting column: lifting process requires manual lifting, while descending depends on the weight of the column itself.

5. Movable lifting column: the column body is designed to be separated from the base, and can be folded up when the column body does not need to play a control role.

6. Fixed column: The column is fixed directly with the road surface.

The main use occasions, advantages and disadvantages of each type of cylinder are different, and the selection should be based on the actual project. For some high security level applications, the need to use anti-terror level lifting column. Compared with the general civil class elevations, the thickness of the columns generally needs to reach more than 12mm, while the general civil class elevations are 3-6mm. For the civil class of the lifting column, although the performance compared with the level of fear prevention lifting column slightly worse, but its protection can fully meet the civil security in daily life use frequent demand, in addition, installation requirements are not the same.

Ii. At present, there are two international certification standards for high-security anti-terrorist lifting road piles:

1. PAS68 certification in the UK (with PAS69 installation standards);

2. DOS certification of U.S. Department of Foreign Affairs Security. The 7.5T truck hit at 80KM/H. The truck was stopped in place and the roadblock (lift column, road pile) worked as usual.
