Notes for installation of hydraulic lifting column

1. Digging foundation pits: Dig foundation pits according to the overall dimensions of the product. Size: length: Determine the dimensions according to the road conditions on site; Width: 600-800 mm; Depth: 1400mm(including a seepage layer of 300mm).

2. Make a seepage layer: make a 300mm seepage layer from the bottom of the foundation pit after mixing with sand and gravel. The seepage layer shall be paved and tamped to prevent the equipment from sinking. (If possible, choose gravel below 10mm instead of sand.) According to the different conditions of the region to choose whether to do drainage.

3. Remove the outer barrel for leveling: remove the outer barrel with hexagon socket and put it on the seepage layer. Adjust the levelness of the outer barrel, make the upper surface of the outer barrel slightly higher than the ground plane for 3-5mm, and weld reinforcement with reinforcement around the outer barrel to prevent inclination.

4. Embedded threading pipe: Embedded threading pipe according to the position of outlet hole reserved on the surface of the outer barrel. The diameter of the threading pipe shall be determined according to the number of lifting columns. Generally, each lifting column shall require one cable of 3*1.5 power line and one control line of 2*0.75 pressure relief solenoid valve. If there is a lamp belt, and one more cable of 2*0.5 power line, the specific use shall be determined before construction according to the needs of customers and the difference of distribution.

5. Debugging: put the circuit on the equipment, operate the rising and falling, observe the rising and falling of the equipment, adjust the rising height of the equipment, and check whether the equipment has oil leakage.

6. Fixed equipment and poured: Put the equipment into the pit, backfill the appropriate amount of sand, fix the equipment with stones, and then pour the equipment with C40 concrete slowly and evenly until it is level with the upper surface of the equipment.

Notes for use of hydraulic lifting column

1. The remote control controls the rise and fall of the cylinder body :(it can be installed according to different needs of customers) there are three buttons on the remote control, namely, rise, fall and stop. The remote control can be used to make the device rise and fall. The stop key can be used to stop the action of the device before the action is completed.

2. Distribution box buttons control the rise and fall of the cylinder body: the surface of the box body is equipped with buttons for rise, fall and stop. Daily precautions for hydraulic lifting column

(1) Avoid frequent lifting within a short time, otherwise the motor will be heated and damaged.

(2) Pay attention to pedestrians during ascending operation to avoid injury.

(3) When the cylinder is not working normally, press the stop button once after the rise and fall, so as to avoid the damage of electrical components and the failure to stop, which will cause the motor to burn out.

(4) In the process of use, if it is found that individual lifting column is much higher than other columns, should immediately press the stop button, and observe whether the motor is still working, when the motor has been confirmed to stop, timely contact with the factory.

(5) It is strictly prohibited to fill the gap around the column with silt and debris, so as not to affect the normal lifting of the column.

(6) It is strictly prohibited to carve on the surface of the column. Automatic lifting column will cause damage to the column.
