1. Record the original data of ATOS proportional servo valve, record the model, specification, manufacturer, production date, product serial number, user unit and the fault phenomenon described by the user.

2. Appearance inspection of ATOS proportional servo valve

Check whether the appearance of servo valve is complete, whether there are parts defect, whether the connecting screw is loose, etc. And record the inspection.

3. Electrical inspection of ATOS proportional servo valve

Use a multimeter to measure and check the electric coupling of servo valve, and record the DC resistance and resistance to ground (shell) of control winding respectively. For servo valve with displacement sensor, measure, check and record the DC resistance of sensor winding and resistance to ground (shell) with multimeter. For the three-stage electric feedback electro-hydraulic servo valve with its own circuit control board, in addition to checking the control winding of the pilot stage servo valve, it is also necessary to check the definition and impedance value of each pin of the electric coupling with reference to the sample technical data of the valve, and make records. After inspection and detection, if no abnormal conditions are found, the following procedures can be continued. If problems are found, the following procedures shall be carried out after effective treatment is completed.

4. The preliminary test is carried out on the ATOS proportional servo valve test bench

After the completion of the above inspection and detection, if no abnormal conditions are found or abnormal conditions are handled effectively, preliminary detection can be carried out on the test bench.

4. Installation of ATOS proportional servo valve on test bench 1

Install the repaired servo valve through the transition plate or directly on the servo valve test bench. Check that the inlet and outlet of the servo valve should be consistent with the pressure oil port and oil return port on the servo valve test bench. Pay attention to whether the servo valve needs pilot oil supply and pilot return oil. If necessary, connect it with the corresponding oil port on the test bench. Pay attention to whether the servo valve has leakage port, if so, make the leakage port return to the tank without pressure.

4. 2 electrical signal connection

Conduct wiring according to the technical data and wiring diagram of the ATOS proportional servo valve. For the nozzle flapper type servo valve, the control current signal is small, so the small current output power amplifier is used; for the moving coil servo valve, the medium current output power amplifier is used; for the moving coil high frequency servo valve and large current proportional valve, the high current output power amplifier is used. For the three-stage electric feedback electro-hydraulic servo valve with circuit control board, the wiring shall be conducted according to the wiring diagram of the sample technical data of the valve. When wiring, the positive and negative DC power supply voltage should be adjusted in advance according to the requirements, and the polarity should be measured. Then, the wiring should be conducted in the case of power failure. For the output signal of the displacement sensor, it can be directly connected to the light oscilloscope for observation.

Maintenance steps and methods of ATOS proportional servo valve

Cartridge valves are widely used in the field of fluid control function. The components that have been used include electromagnetic directional valve, one-way valve, relief valve, pressure reducing valve, flow control valve and sequence valve. The extension of versatility in the design of fluid power circuit and mechanical practicability fully demonstrates the importance of cartridge valve to system designers and users. Due to the universality of its assembly process, the universality of valve hole specification and interchangeability, the cartridge valve can completely realize the perfect design configuration, and make the cartridge valve widely used in various hydraulic machinery.

Cartridge valve basic components: the assembly consists of valve core, valve sleeve, spring and seal ring. According to different uses, it can be divided into directional valve assembly, pressure valve assembly and flow valve assembly. The installation dimensions of the three components with the same diameter are the same, but the structure of the valve core and the diameter of the valve sleeve seat are different. The three components have two main oil ports a and B and a control port. Atos cartridge valve is different from the ordinary hydraulic control valve, its flow rate can reach 1000L / min, and the diameter can reach 200-250mm. The valve core has simple structure, sensitive action and good sealing performance. Its function is relatively simple, mainly to realize the on or off of the hydraulic circuit. When combined with the common hydraulic control valve, it can control the oil direction, pressure and flow of the system.
