The differences between spot proportional servo valve and ATOS servo valve are mainly reflected in the following points:

1. The driving device is different. The driving device of proportional valve is proportional electromagnet; the driving device of servo valve is force motor or torque motor;

2. Different performance parameters. Because of the different characteristics of hysteresis loop, dead zone, bandwidth and filtering accuracy, the application situation is different. Servo valve and servo proportional valve are mainly used in closed-loop control system, and other proportional valves are mainly used in open-loop control system and closed-loop speed control system;

2.1 there is no dead zone in the middle position of servo valve, while there is a dead zone in the proportional valve;

2.2 the frequency response (response frequency) of servo valve is higher, which can be as high as 200Hz, and the proportional valve is generally * dozens of Hz;

2.3 the servo valve has higher requirements for hydraulic oil, which needs fine filtration, otherwise it is easy to be blocked, and the requirements of proportional valve are lower;

3. The valve core structure and machining accuracy are different. The proportional valve adopts the structure of valve core and valve body, and the valve body is also used as valve sleeve. The structure of valve core and valve sleeve is adopted for servo valve and servo proportional valve.
